Join us as a Product Management Intern at a fast-growing, venture-backed company!
Juno is the first collective bargaining group for financial products. Since 2018, we've saved our members millions in interest and fees on their student loans.
We are backed by some of the country's top Venture Capital firms (NFX, GFC, Pear) as well as the founders of SoFi and Earnest. Learn more about us in TechCrunch or Yahoo Finance.
We're fixing an enormous problem (opaque and uncompetitive pricing of financial products) with an innovative, yet simple solution. We use group buying power to get providers to compete with each other and offer the most affordable products to our members.
We are hiring a Product Management Intern to help us scale our offerings. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a fabulous team as we scale our student loan products. In parallel, you’ll have the opportunity to own either a new product or a section of the conversion funnel!
If you choose to focus on the conversion funnel, you’ll use data to come up with creative, needle-moving experiments. You’ll apply user-centric methodologies to learn more about our members and how they behave. Finally, you’ll communicate with engineering and design to drive implementation. If you choose to take ownership of an entirely new product, your responsibilities will expand even further.
Own performance of a section of our conversion funnel, for example, referrals.
Work closely with the team to contribute across the entire product.
Using qualitative and quality methods, identify user pain points, prioritize problems to solve and make product decisions.

Build and maintain reports, models, and visualizations that provide insight into user experiences and business performance.
Lead engineering and design efforts to build experiences across the member lifecycle.
Collaborate with the engineering and marketing team to set up or configure tracking and analytics products that will shed light on member activities. Use this data to create actionable campaigns to drive member engagement and improve cohort performance.
Represent the voice of the member to provide input into every core product, marketing and growth strategy.
