Juno is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing with extensive experience scaling paid marketing for credit opportunities. This role reports directly to the CEO.

This role will

  • Execute customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels including SEO, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

  • Execute and analyze A/B testing of creative and digital user experiences

  • Lead creation of content to support both DTC and B2B marketing efforts

  • Develop (from scratch) the dashboards, KPIs and analytics to make data driven decisions for each channel


  • 5+ years experience leading growth marketing initiatives, including at a tech startup

  • Experience with marketing credit opportunities

  • Track record of delivering profitable user acquisition via digital channels

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

  • Experience managing complex a/b tests, establishing and measuring KPIs, communicating with engineers

  • Desire for a leadership role at the company

The uniqueness of the opportunity at Juno

You'll be coming in as the first person who is dedicatedly focused on performance marketing. As a result, you'll have the opportunity to build a team and exponentially expand the marketing budget as you prove out the ROAS.

You'll be reporting up to the founders who are both very analytical. They would expect the same of you, especially so in a performance marketing role. While we don't expect you to write complex SQL queries, we do expect you to be able to guide engineers and analysts to build the dashboards you need to operate successfully.

You'll be marketing credit based products. This means, the typical "targeting" options available to you may not be available. For example, want to limit your targeting of student loans on facebook to people aged between 21 and 25? Sorry, that's not a possibility.

Revenue generating conversions happen on third-party sites (for example, on a lender's site). Therefore, you'll be working with offline conversions. If you are not sure what "offline conversions" are, this is probably not a good fit.
